We are currently seeking a Financial Statement Processor to join our Administrative Assistant team for a 14 month contract.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Financial Statement Processors primary responsibility is to ensure that all financial statements are processed in a high-quality and timely fashion, coordinate the filing of applicable signed documents and to conduct other tasks as required by the Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities Format, proofread, and edit financial documents; all drafts, final financial statements and affiliated letters Make sure all documents are up to company standards and comply with industry requirements Maintain consistent high level of quality control checks of all products going out the door Data Entry and/or Photocopying Oversee scanning and filing of all signed financial documents And, other duties as required within the administrative team including but not limited to: PM entry backup/new client onboarding tasks Help to maintain and organize the office, not limited to supply rooms/mail room/meeting rooms/kitchen etc.
