Adecco is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our client in the banking industry in Calgary.

The client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work 12-15 hours per week from 10:00am
– 6:00pm with occasional Saturdays.

The Administrative Assistant role $21.33 per hour and is a 7-month contract.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
– This individual will be providing support to the Financial Services Manager at this branch.

– They will be helping out with administrative tasks to help the department with organization and time management.

– Administrative tasks will include: Filing, scanning, data entry, etc.

– This individual should be able to maintain client confidentiality and should be able to take direction.

– Perform other duties as assigned Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
– Some experience working in an office environment
– Proficient with MS Office
– Word, Outlook, Excel
– Strong organizational skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Time management skills
– Ability to work under pressure
– Attention to detail
– Multitasking skills
– Prior banking/FI experience considered an asset
– High school Diploma is required.
