Our client, a Montreal leader in the construction industry, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical duties for the site team, while working under the direction of the Chief Estimator.

Tasks: Take care of correspondence Coordinate meetings, site visits, inspections, conference calls, etc.

Deal with the processing of subcontracts Prepare order changes Prepare purchase orders Verify invoices and prepare payment approval with supporting documents Check for errors, discrepancies or questions regarding payments, invoices, account statements, counter charge’s and deductions Follow-up on outstanding files Conduct Internet research Requirements: 3-5 years minimum of experience in a similar field Have working knowledge on job cost accounting Must be proficient in MS Office applications Be a team player Be flexible and able to work well with site team members Be able to multi-task and work within time constraints Punctual and dependable Have strong communication skills #QPQC #OFQCContact DetailsInterested?
