Senior Finance Analyst

The Role:

The candidate would support and be compatible with various finance teams and business partners across the organization. They would also provide planning strategies and forecasting activities to predict quarterly spending. Along with strong budgeting and data analysis skills the candidate should have ability to adapt and work in a fast pace environment. We have competitive benefit packages and award-wining culture. The Person:

The person that would be successful in this role would need strong communication skills. Know how to be phenomenal teammate, result driven, self-motivated individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • FP&A support of current quarter, current year, and long range plan P&L planning & forecasting activities
  • OPEX support by working closely with various finance teams as business partner to support functional expense budgeting and forecasting activities, analysis of expenses and ensure quarterly spending within budget
  • Efficiently deliver Ad Hoc analysis, reporting, and projects on request

Preferred Experience:

  • Must be highly organized, have a natural drive for results, be able to work on multiple projects / analysis at the same time that vary widely in scope, size, and type (assigned projects require the individual to develop assumptions, capture data, build models, and analyze data with little mentorship, minimum supervision and often in ambiguous situations)
  • Ability to completely maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment
  • Demonstrate computer proficiency. Strong spreadsheet skills (MS Office applications) required. Have the ability to quickly and accurately manipulate large amounts of data.
  • Understanding of financial documents and ERP systems
  • Excellent skills in verbal, written, and presentation communications, as well as analytical, critical thinking and intuition for business

Academic Credentials:

Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting

CPA or CPA candidate is a plusLocation:
